Faith London, Director of Learning and Development at Hudson Automotive, shares the inspiring story behind Women of Hudson, an internal women's empowerment and development program she founded to support women in the automotive industry. What began as a personal passion project—hosting events for the women of Hudson, and offering mentorship programs—evolved into a full-scale initiative with committees and leaders fostering a culture of connection, confidence, and growth. Her work not only helped shape the culture of Hudson Automotive but also laid the foundation for a Learning and Development department now serving over 5,000 employees across multiple states.
